Pure Almond Extract is made with almond oil and alcohol. This extract is especially good in cookies and cakes. Almond extract has a potent flavoring so recipes usually call for no more than a teaspoon.

This is, by far, the best almond extract out there. I heard the company went out of business and I can’t find the big bottles anymore so I bought a bunch of small ones.
