Yellow Food Coloring can be used to create the desired yellow hue in cakes, candies and frostings. To make a pastel yellow, use just a few drops or for a bold yellow, use multiple drops. Combine this color with red food coloring to create various shades of orange or with blue food coloring to create various shades of green.
Ingredients
Water, glycerine, FD&C yellow #5, FD&C yellow #6, citric acid, sodium benzoate (less than 1/10%).
