Lund's pancake mix makes deliciously thin pancakes, crepes or waffles with a fine texture and rich taste. A Swedish pancake recipe and Swedish waffle recipe is included with this Swedish pancake mix. This Scandinavian delicacy is traditonally served rolled up with a thin layer of lingonberries.
